diva cup first time user - help!

Hi. I've tried to insert my diva cup ( size 2) and I have a problem with openning it inside. Tried turning it around and nothing! 😞 I'm thinking maybe I should ordered a smaller size? I got the bigger size cause like it said I'm way over 30 and haven't have any kids. Any suggestions?
