L&D nurse told me this could be a girl?

I had to go into L&D for some spotting, showed her this ultrasound that I got at 14 weeks and she said it could definitely be a girl.

UPDATE: baby was in a complete ball, holding its legs together, we couldn't even get any measurements. I'm going to get a rescan Wednesday May 17th
