Should I tell him I like him?

So I've made one post about this before but I just now thought that making a poll would be easier. So I drunk texted my guy friend that I like him. I really want to tell him in person and everytime I'm about to I get nervous and shut down because I don't want to ruin our friendship but I've had feelings for him for awhile.
