10 weeks no hear beat

I just went for my 3 prenatal visit and they didn't found no heart beat baby was measuring at 8 weeks but I haven't had no bleeding or pain they said they gonna wait a week to see if I miscarried on my own from 8 weeks to know I did notice my belly bigger with nauseous and still hungry all the time so don't understand god is so big that I wish for a miracle but don't think so I been hiding this belly from everyone need to hide it 1 more week
