Around 24-26 weeks, I started having a numbness/tingling sensation over my rib area under my right breast. Sometimes it would just be mildly numb, others it was legit tingling. I mentioned it to my OB, because I was concerned it could be caused by ICP or HELLP or something bad...she said it's just caused by the enlarged uterus pressing on a nerve that runs through that area and ends at the bottom of the diaphragm, and causes pins & needles/tingling like when your foot falls asleep and then wakes back up. Now I'm 36 weeks, and it's gotten progressively worse over that time. It's basically constantly numb now and SOOO irritating! It feels tender and numb like a rug burn or it's been rubbed with sandpaper or something, and it's driving me mad! Icing it seems to be the only thing that gives me any relief. Is anyone else experiencing this????
