I hope someone can help me out.. I have been taking vitex for two months... vitex and maca for a month now.. I had not had a period for three months before that so I was super happy... but I am now on day 16 of a very very light period the whole time.. one tampoon is fine the whole day.. is this normal when starting vitex or not??? I kept taking vitex and maca during this period.. was that wrong?? I've taken pregnancy test and all have been negative.. thanks for any of the help in advance!!!!!!
