Frustrated with weight HELP
About 3 months ago, I quit school and started really taking care of myself. I eat really healthy except for the occasional cheat meal, monitor my calories, and started working out regularly (3-5 times per week), but I'VE GAINED 10 POUNDS!!!!! I'm so frustrated. I know some of it is muscle, but not all of it for sure. And I feel like I'm not losing any fat. Definitely not pregnant. HELP!
