Diarrhea and labor?

Did anyone go into labor soon after having bad diarrhea? Little uncomfortable to ask, but I've been sick all day and I'm cramping lol

I've had diarrhea the past 2 days and actually wondered the same thing. Very unusually for me. Let's hope it means something! 38 weeks today!!

Our baby class nurse said she had diarrhea and vomiting before her baby was born.

With my first I had bad cramps one night and had diarrhoea and it lasted all night, so painful 😩 but contractions had started by 6am and had her the next night so yes my labour was started with diarrhoea. My mum did too with all 3 of her children lol.

I'm 40 weeks on the 11th, I've been getting it a bit the last two days. Just remember to drink lots of water to keep hydrated! Hopefully baby will come soon!

This is my first pregnancy... but that's how I've been feeling since Tuesday. Apparently it is a sign of early labour. I've just been really vigilant about what my body is doing so that I can track my contractions when they start.
