Tips on drying up breastmilk?

It's our time to wean baby.. Any experienced mamas have advice on drying up your supply? What worked for you?

Never tried it but I've heard a lot of women say that they used cabbage leaves

My dr told me not to go cold turkey because you are at high risk of infection. Instead I dropped one feed at a time and then dropped the next one once my boobs stopped hurting.

Tight sports bras with ice packs in them. That's how I stopped mine

I've heard peppermint oil and binding you could also talk to your doctor.
