Anyone's LO have a red eyelid? Doctor said he would check it again at her 2 month appointment, but didn't give much insight?

My daughters has this. Its called Angel's kiss and it stays for a year or two and then disappears. My baby also has it on her upper lip and forehead. And a red mark on the back of her neck its a called a stork bite. They might get more prominent when the baby cries.
