Since it came up within the 3 minute mark id say positive, but I recommend taking another with a pink dye:)

Since it's very thin and off center it's an evap. Keep testing!

And blue do give off in time frame false positives when they look like that.

Looks positive to me but I agree, test again with pink dye to be sure!!
