I've started with veggies with all of my babies. So this guy gets the same. And I let them pick up their own softened food and eat themselves instead of spoon feeding. This way they get as much as they are developmentally ready for. It's called baby led weaning. Pretty cool concept.

Cereal all the way!🙌🏻 it's not their main source of nutrition so I don't see ANY problem with it.

This mama needs so good sleep and my little man is HUNGRY! A couple spoonfuls of cereal have helped him a ton at night. And also he has stopped spitting up as much, his acid reflux doesn't seem to be bothering him as much.
