No weight loss, advice?
I feel like I've established a good workout routine for the past month(3-5 times a week I do cardio & circuit training). Cardio will either be 2-3 miles on the elliptical and/or a stationary bike and the circuit training is usually burpees/sit-ups/Spider-Man's etc. And I give myself at least a day or two for rest, and some days I'll just go for a 1.5-3 mile walk and lately I've added some 5 minute yoga stretches. Point being my weight has not budged a bit 🙁
Any pointers as to what I'm not doing enough of or at all?
My self esteem is so blah right now!
