Hello all just after some reassurance

I've had 3 positive pregnancy tests

And should be about 9 weeks (second baby) I've gained no weight and I don't "feel pregnant" like I did with my son by this time in my last pregnancy I was very sick and had gained about 5lb ..... keep having nightmares that I'll go for my scan at 12 weeks and they will say baby has passed away or there's nothing there, sorry for the downer first thing am hoping for some reassurance
