Yeast Infection?

How would you know if you have a yeast infection? What are the signs and symptoms? I don't think I ever had one

White clumpy discharge, your vulva will feel raw, swollen, pain while having sex, itchy, increase in discharge, burning while peeing, feeling more uncomfortable at night, swollen labia majora, etc. these aren't all the symptoms and some people don't even experience half of them. If you never had one before I would suggest getting a diagnosis before you try anything OTC. If you absolutely know it's yeast decrease your intake of bread and sugar, increase your water intake, add some probiotics to your diet. Food such as 0 calorie yogurt is a probiotic or you could get some capsules or tablets that's strictly made for the treatment & prevention of yeast. Whatever you do try not to scratch, instead bathe yourself or shower.
