DEPO ISSUES!!!!
I decided to come off of the Depo Shot after being on it for 9 years with no break!!
My last shot was in September last year and in around January I had the worst withdrawal symptoms I could barely walk my boobs were horrendously sore even when i walked!! I was so so tired and felt vile! I feel alot better now as I had my first period over the bank holiday for about 8 days- I never thought I'd be so happy to have one!!!
Has anyone else recently came off of the depo???? What experiences have you had??
