How does your husband or significant other feel about TTC?

Question

Ohhh the men in our lives... Can't live with them, can't live without them! How's your man handling TTC? Does he scowl and say "ewww" when you tell him the details, or is he like my special man who constantly asks me if my "eggs are hot yet" (his simplified version of BBT tracking) or "do you need fertilized" (our new ttc sexy talk) ?? What endearing things has your special man done to make TTC a happy experience?

I'm definitely the more cynical one. He says "that was a baby, I know it" almost every time we BD... or he will ask me during the tww if I "feel pregnant" yet. Last night I was complaining about how I was having lower back pain and I said I must have worked out too hard that morning, my husband just smiled and says "i looked up early signs of pregnancy and you've been checking off a lot of boxes"...
.... I don't want the disappointment of negative tests or being too depressed when AF shows so I try not to look too far into symptoms and I am constantly trying to make sure he's not getting too excited just yet. 
I love how excited he is to become a dad though, hopefully it will happen soon!
