Netti Pot

I got a netti pot last night for these damned sinuses and today I was reading the info and directions and it's almost like rocket science. I didn't think there'd be that much to it so I was irritated. Also, it says any drainage can be bad for you so I'm nervous now. I thought these were recommended and safe during pregnancy? I'm at my wits end with these sinuses/allergies. I sneeze constantly and have sinus pain and pressure and these sick feeling headaches. Help!
