Disabled boyfriend.
My boyfriend has disabilities. Not physical ones but mental and the way people treat him makes me so mad. He has ADHD, ADD, Epilepsy, Dyslexia, autism and Aspergers so he has a very short temper and needs help reading, writing, washing himself, cooking for himself and even making sure his clothes are clean. Yet everyone (including his parents) don't see how much help he needs in his daily life. I'm 16 and his carer and he's 21, I cook for him, bathe him, clean his clothes, keep him out of danger, help him with forms and with stock at work (his bosses allow me to help if I'm in bringing him lunch due to his brain confusing him). I've tried to teach him and he can't get the hang of anything, but give him a motorbike engine and he'll take it apart and put it together again in 20mins. Yet everyone says I'm babying him, your opinion? Even his parents say that I'm allowing him to walk all over me yet they didn't raise him, his grandma did so they don't really know their son and didn't want anything to do with him because he was a "troubled child"🙄Your opinions? Should I make him learn to do things for himself or should I be continue helping him?
