When my boyfriend and I got together he was the total package! A job, his own place, and a car. Well no more than a month after our relationship started he was let go from his job and since then he hasn't been able to keep a job. We've been together for a year and a half. Well then he sold his car to buy a truck and then sold the truck then right after our one year he gave up his apartment and moved in with his sister because he couldn't afford it without a job. He's NEVER taken me out on a date and has NEVER spoiled me. I may sound stuck up or bratty but it would be nice to be spoiled once and a while and taken out on a date once in a while too. I've been so supportive of him but lately I just feel sad about how my relationship is. I just thought my relationship would be different and I'd actually have fun. Don't get me wrong I love him to death and we do have fun but we're always at his sisters house or my house and it gets boring. I know in order to have a good relationship you should stay by your mans side through his struggles and that's what I've been doing but lately I just feel sad that our relationship is nothing like he said it would be.
