Does anyone else experience cramps specific to ovulation? They don't feel like regular cramps to me, more like a pinching feeling on one side that can get kind of intense, but mostly it's just annoying, and lasts for maybe a day. I've heard it referred to as "mittelschmerz"(literally German for middle pain), but I wasn't sure how common it was because I get a lot of quizzical looks if I bring it up. "You can feel yourself ovulate??" Hell ya, buddy.
