teachers past caught up with him: here's how

li
A teacher in my old town has just recently *had his teaching license suspended and is being blasted by the media because he was a doctor for his last job and lost his medical license for sexual misconduct and this is just now being brought to the publics attention. My mom, (who has 2 kids in this school and in his class) before any of this went down somehow found out about this in the begining of this year because she's like the damn FBI, hell if I know. Her dad was a private investigator and she learned stuff from him. Anyways, this is what she found out. He owned his own office and was having an affair with his secretary. When he wouldn't leave his wife for her, she filed for sexual misconduct 3 times.
This is what caused him to loose his license. So he became a teacher, my mom figured, he made bad decisions in his personal life. He was not a predator. That was the end of it. He was my brothers favorite teacher and he was a good teacher at that.
No child ever complained about him making them feel uncomfortable or anything like that. This man was never charged with anything so it never showed up on the background check.
From what my brother has told my mom, he had a student who was failing and getting kicked out of sports because of it. The students parent went to him and said "I know this about you, if you don't pass my kid I'll tell everyone" and he basically said your kid will pass my class when he does it the right way.
The teacher is being investigated now, ill try to find the link. But do you think this is BS? I mean obviously the guy is getting some bad karma for having an affair on his wife and if he had never done that, he wouldn't be on blast with the news and everything else. I feel sorry for the guy honestly. He wasn't doing anything wrong in the job he was doing. http://m.news9.com/story.aspx?story=35372632&catId=112032
