Started my period today and I need to vent! I just did my first round of letrozole. Apparently I just thought it was some magic drug that was going to fix all my problems, and it didn't, and now I'm super disappointed even though I should have known better.
I have been getting my period every two weeks and not ovulating in between. Apparently there isn't enough time to release an egg that fast.. So I took letrozole to induce ovulation and I have an appointment for an ultrasound tomorrow to see if it worked. I don't know if they can even do that on my period. I guess I just assumed that my cycle would get longer if I ovulated. I'm mad I didn't think about that. And I was convinced it was working! I had pain/cramps in my ovaries for a week. Now what do I do? Any insight or advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!
