Trouble breathing racing heart..normal??

So I've been having episodes when I'm just standing up or even sitting sometimes that I get dizzy,  blurry vision, short of breath and my heart starts racing. I never had anything like this with my first 2 pregnancy. Does this seem normal? Has anyone else had anything like this?

I've gotten that a few times, when i got it it was from dehydration and anemia because I couldn't keep anything down around then. Get yourself checked out, better safe than sorry

This is me everyday. My resting heart rate is between 95-100. When it gets to 110 I feel like I'm going to pass out. I've been short of breath and dizzy. I work in the ER and I almost fainted yesterday. The nurses made me go to L&D. They checked me out. My pressure which is normally 110/80 went up to 164. My hemoglobin was 8.1 so they put me on iron since I'm anemic. And apparently I was severely dehydrated. I thought I was drinking enough water. The nurse told me I need to drink between 102-136oz a day. Today being the first day I've taken my iron pill and drank almost 120 oz. I felt a little better but not much since it's only a day. But at least I didn't pass out.

I had that early on, along with my heart just felt like it was racing all the time. My doctor checked my blood count and diagnosed me with anemia. I started an iron supplement and it made a huge difference! It's always worth talking to your doctor about things that concern you!

Im having the same! I was told it was severe anxiety. Mine gotten so bad before that i pass out. I am getting anxiety again being pregnant
