Last Sunday is my first unprotected sex and 3 days before period. I have a white discharge. Does it mean that I am pregnant? It's 4 days since my first unprotected sex. What to do?

No, four days before your period you most likely have already completed ovulation. There is no egg to fertilize therefore no pregnancy can occur. You should be good.
