self diagnosed ??

PCOS?? So I'm new to glow new to TTC and I ran into some information today... I got the mirena IUD before I got married and had it taken out September of 2016 well ever since I had it taken out I've had a lot of chin hair constantly 🤦🏻‍♀️😫 so embarrassing obviously I always get rid of them and before I always had peach fuzz but not like this. So I googled it and it linked up to PCOS.. and I noticed I have all of the side effects of PCOS😞😞 how did you ladies know you had it? And what do you do to treat it (fix it) I'm worried about it. I'm worried about not being able to have a baby..
