Anyone have kidney pain as a sign of early pregnancy?

Just wondering if this could be a sign of early early pregnancy...my left kidney has been hurting...slight cramping and fluttery feeling...probably gas... Just seeing if anyone had this as a sign? 11/12 dpo

It wasn't a sign of pregnancy for me, but I'm 11 weeks now and every now and then I have a dull ache in my left kidney, it soon shifts though!
