Camera adding a line

Is it possible for my phone camera to pick up on a line on my pregnancy test that I can't see in person? I have bad eyes and two ladies think they see a pink line. So it it possible for my camera to pick up on it and show it in the picture or is it randomly adding a line? I just don't see how my camera would add a pink line.
