I've had a total of 2 miscarriages one in 2013 & March 2017. I didn't learn I had PCOS until last year. I've been prescribed metformin 500 mg 2x a day & have been taking them since Feb 2. My OB said most people can get pregnant with metformin alone within the first month just BD every other day. Fast forward>> March 12 I got my BFP & unfortunately mc at the end of March at 6 weeks. We're still TTC but I'm so scared to lose the next one. And my OB said they want check my progesterone levels until 21 days after getting my BFP.. Grrrr!!! So I've been buying cheapies just so I can pinpoint exactly when I get my BFP. Any suggestions on how to sustain a pregnancy with PCOS as I will be testing again may 25?
