I had my IUD removed so we could start working on our third child. Does anyone know how long it could possibly take after the Mirena IUD is removed to get pregnant. I had my period for only 3 days after it was removed and I'm basically waiting for my first real period I guess to come. But we have been TTC. Just trying to get a good estimate on about how long I have. Thanks
