5 days late and my best friend is pregnant

Hey guys! So I'm five days late as of today which is not normal for my body. My husband and I did have sex during my fertile days. I took two test both came out negative. My best friend just found out she's pregnant two weeks ago and I was wondering if my hormones could just be a little out of wack because of that? Idk
