feeling the baby sitting there

I don't know if anyone else notices but when I lay in my back and have my hand on my stomach I can feel this mass just sitting there and it isn't long about the size of what my baby should be and then it moves from that spot slowly.  I'm 19 weeks pregnant. Is that normal to just feel the baby randomly? When I say mass I actually mean the baby lol that's how I can explain the feeling.
