HELP: extremely sore breasts 😔😔

Hi guys!

I have a question. For the past four days, I've noticed that my breasts were extremely sore and painful. It's at the point now where it's actually really bothering me. I'm pretty much 2 days away from my period but I usually don't have this symptom at all, and if I do, it's usually really mild. Anyone know what could be the problem? I don't think it could be pregnancy, I had my period last month. Thanks for your help!
