I'm trying to decide the same thing. I've had four failed iui s all with femara and trigger. After Dr suggested ivf we have taken a couple months off just ttc on our own. If we don't get pregnant soon I don't know if we should try another iui or go straight to ivf..its sooooo much money $$$ so it's such a huge decision
