"Help" is there something there yes or no??

I have not been feeling my self breasts are hurting feeling so tired and nauseous. I did get a period this month so I new I was out but something is not right I had no cramps and no pain down my legs which happens every month so I took a pregnancy test last night but looked fast and said its negative so put it back in the box and left it in the bathroom but this morning I looked at it and saw a vfl tell me what you think...

I have 5 children and had implantation bleeding with 4 of them and it was a normal period may doctor told me it dose not happen often but it dose ..

Idk confused going to test in a few days
