Hi ladies, it's currently 4.31 am where I am and my cramps are so excruciating that they woke me up, and now I am currently dying 😊😊😊 what are your cramps like on af? I'm in horrible pain with back pains, cramps, sore necks, nausea etc for the whole time i get my period and for a week or so before, and it's been like this for about 5 years now 😂😂
