Clomid...

So just picked up my prescription for Clomid at Costco for my next cycle. Doctor said he doubts I'll ovulate on my own...was just diagnosed with PCOS and this is after a history of Hypothyroidism and Endometriosis. Any words of advice, your experience, thoughts ...TTC baby #1.
