I've never ever felt comfortable in my own skin. I've always felt like I've been too big. Today my fiance and I were watching tv. A commercial came on for Metamucil. He looked over and said would you try that? I looked at him and I was hurt but smiled and said yes. I asked him later if he was telling me I was too big and needed to lose weight. He said yes. I'k I'm big. I always have been. I'm 230lbs... And I really wanna go to 130 at the most but 160 at the least. Does anyone have any tips or any advice to help me lose weight?
