I've had really bad cramps today and I been throwing up, atleast 4-5 times today. I feel a bit shaky and weak. It's the first day of my period.

I tend to get bad cramps and puke during my period it's completely normal but if your flow is off (lighter than normal ) and you are sexually active you could be spotting and be pregnant hope this helps
