Need any input

Hello there , im new to this app. Im currently trying to conceive with my fiancé of 9 years. We recently decided to start trying so i got off my depo ( birth control ) . My last shot was January 2016 , i had my first shot in 2010. I have only ovulated once and had two periods . Witch was November 2016 , and last month apirl 2017 . Have any of you ladies gone threw what i am going threw . I would love some input on what i should do to maybe help me conceive.  I just went to my doctor yesterday and got some blood work done as well
