just wiped and had brown spotting. called the nurse and she said it was normal. anyone else have this in the first trimester?

I had a friend who that happene to she ended up fine..
Idk what causes it but at least it gives u some kinda hope..
I have spot red sometimes and it scares me but they say I'm fine as long as your still having pregnancy symptoms u should be ok

I had brown spotting/discharge for a few days around 6 weeks. On Monday, at 9w 3days I heard a healthy heartbeat. Midwife said it was old blood, possibly from implantation. Things seem to be fine now 🤞🏼

I really think spotting can go either way. I work with a girl who has been spotting brown since day 1 and is now 32 weeks. I spotted brown a few times with my first pregnancy then miscarried at 12 weeks. It was a missed miscarriage so I was still having symptoms.
