feeling down after follicular scan 😞

I had the 3rd follicular scan today at cd16 and still there are no dominant follucile. My hopes were really up cos my periods are regular for the first time in my life after i started taking myo-inositol and fertilaid. But finding out i dont have folliciles and might not be ovulating makes me wanna 😭... im loosing hope... so is it normal to not have folliciles?! Im new at ttc so this phase is new and depressing...
