Sorry for this question but can neosporin help with an industrial bar? I do as they instructed on my piercing. But it always seems dry. But it burns like hell. And it's swollen on the bottom but not the top. It's kinda hot (like fever type). I got it done several days ago but still. Does anyone know what else I can do, as well as follow the instructions.
