Keep the baby or have an abortion?

I made a mistake and now I don't know what to do. I meet this guy and we had sex twice, 2 months later I'm pregnant and IDK wht to do. I talk to him and he just being super disrespectful and told me he would go half on a abortion. I can't believe he would say that to me. I never imagined getting pregnant and raising a baby without a father. I feel lost here. Idk how to do this on my own. I'm just 27 yrs old and this was a mistake. If you have experience the samething do you mind sharing. I really don't want to have a abortion, but I also don't want to deal with how disrespectful this guy is for the rest of my life.

Abort a baby because the daddy is being rude? That's the worst reason to have an abortion. There's tons of women who have disrespectful baby daddy's and the moms and baby is doing just fine.

Just 27? You're an adult, come on. If YOU want to have an abortion, have one! If you don't want to, definitely don't!! You can't make someone parent who doesn't want to though. If you have the baby you can have court ordered child support or, like others said, have him sign his rights away. Or give the baby to a family who wants to take care of her through adoption. You have many choices and YOU are the only one in charge of making the decision you are most comfortable with.

If you plan on having sex with people you should really be on birth control and use condoms if you aren't trying to conceive.
There's always a chance of pregnancy.
It may have been a "mistake" to you but it could end up being one of the best decisions you've ever made if you keep the baby. 
Don't let some piece of shit determine whether or not you become a mother. 
The baby didn't choose this or either of you to be it's parents.
You took that chance when you had unprotected sex. 
If you really don't want a baby, at least give it the chance to have a good life with a couple who has been trying to conceive and hasn't or can't at all.

Don't forget that there is always a third option which is adoption. You therefore wouldn't have to have an abortion, but if you truly feel like you can't raise the child then there are plenty of couples who would love to. I would just sit and really weigh all theee options and choose what you feel is best for you.

If you don't think you want to have an abortion, then you don't have to have one. But you also don't have to feel compelled to explain why you don't want to keep the baby either. It's your body, your life and your decision. No one else can tell you what the right choice is. If you decide on parenting, you don't have to have him in your life. I know a woman that has two kids (same dad) and he is not active in their life nor is he on their birth certificate. You can't force someone to be a dad and it seems he doesn't want to.

I would think long and hard about this as it is a decision that will stay with you forever. Kid and everything that comes with it, which is him -the dad.

Maybe he'll come around. Maybe you are better off getting an abortion. Maybe you and your child would be better off without him
