SUPER early period?

Okay so I usually have really long cycles (like 40 days, I'm still a teenager so that's not too worrying), however my period came SUPER early this cycle, like 2.5 weeks early 😩. Now I'm six days into this early period, and while the blood flow isn't too heavy, the flow isn't lightening up like it usually does at this point in the period. Any advice? Am I literally going to die where I stand (sarcasm mixed with truth)?
