How often do you get UTI's?

I seem to get Urinary Tract Infections wayy too often! What about you ladies?! 😭

I suffer with them! I wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy so painful 😵

I used to get them quite a lot even though I always peed before and after sex as advised as well as all the other preventative suggestions. I started taking a cranberry concentrate tablet every morning and I honestly haven't had one since. I checked with my doctor first and she said it would be okay and not harmful at all.
