So my guy friend says that if the guy wears a condom and pulls out before he cum, that I won't get pregnant. What do you guys think about pulling out?

I think people are reading this wrong. She's saying IF HE WEARS A CONDOM and pulls out can she get pregnant. Obviously you can get pregnant just doing the pull out method. But wearing a condom AND doing the pill out method, no you cannot get pregnant.

If the guy is wearing a condom and still pulls out then your good. Wouldn't worry about it. Pull out with no condom is chancing it!! But the condom will catch if he doesn't pull out good enough.
