Ok so ive had my iud (mirena) placed in since late January of this year i was previously on bitth control pills for like 7-8 months. But my main concerns are is that my  past 2-3 periods i would get them every 3 weeks on a wednesday I was supposed to get it last Wednesday and nothing. As well as this past weekend i woke up to awful cramps in my uterus that last for 20-30 minutes tops anything i would do i would be in pain so i layed down and fell to sleep. Also i had a sharp sore pain on my boobs that lasted shortly but they are sore. I still havent gotten my period its been a week and im still waiting and my doctors hasnt been in the office or been able to get to my message. But i have noticed as well as my SO that ive been moody as well as me using the restroom frequently. Im still waiting for my period to come and i was wondering if any of you ladies have experienced this with mirena. As well as nose congestion i  started having that today while i was at work. Just need some advice and opinions.
