Well. Not that anyone cares, lol, but I go 3-4 times a day. If not right when I wake up, it will be in the middle of when I am eating breakfast. Which is kind of annoying to have to pause my meal and go to the bathroom. I am fairly regularly and I consider myself constipated if I go only once a day.
