So worried

So worried 36 years old I miscarried a little over two months ago and now I am almost 5 weeks pregnant and I have been spotting bright red blood with some cramping the past 2 days but today less cramping and pinkish Brown blood. Doctor put me on bed rest until Tuesday when I go in for a scan. I hope all is well but I feel that I've already lost🙁😢

Update: Went to the ER Saturday and I miscarried. Positive vibes heal for 2 months and try again
